Rich began his real estate career in York, Pennsylvania, in 2002. After receiving numerous awards for production, he ventured into real estate coaching of two offices in the York area before becoming a Team Leader for Keller Williams. Rich began training on both regional and national levels via SweathogsTM and NABCo Seminars. 

 

He started creating training programs, staffing enhancement and developing a business base where he has coached, trained or presented to over 15, 000 people.

 

Currently, Rich is an active consultant for “Wallstreet Homes" and Momentum Business Support.  Rich has helped sales professionals, business owners and entrepreneurs amass over 153 million dollars in sales volume.  He is a consummate professional constantly striving to combine innovation and information to his audiences.  He is passionate about getting others motivated and excited about things they can not see.
